We love a good jar. Fill it up with something that will allow for a small moment of fun here and there. For this idea, grab some Ping-Pong or golf balls, hockey pucks or marbles. Then add in a child’s set of golf clubs, or a used real club or hockey stick readily found at thrift stores. When it’s time for a break, this jar being nearby can provide for some easy, lightweight fun. Easy on the pocket book and on the muscle system/joints if you track with the child’s golf clubs. For those with visual impairments, you can also fill the jar with jingle bells so there’s an easier ability to retrieve them once clean up rolls around.
